Meet Mona

I grew up deeply sensitive, carrying an innate empathy that allowed me to feel the world in profound ways. But that sensitivity, without guidance or safety, became overwhelming. Raised in an environment marked by domestic violence, I experienced severe trauma, including abuse that shaped the early chapters of my life.

In an attempt to cope, I turned to various addictions, ways of numbing what felt too heavy to hold. For years, I moved through darkness, disconnected from myself, searching for relief in places that only deepened the pain. But something within me refused to die.

Without guidance, without a map, I made the decision to face my demons head-on. I chose healing when it felt impossible. I choose truth over avoidance. I chose to walk into the depths of my own soul.

For over a decade, I devoted myself to deep isolation, meditation, and inner work. I unraveled patterns, healed wounds, and confronted the generational dysfunction that lived within my lineage. What I once ran from, I learned to sit with, understand, and transform.

Today, I stand as someone who has walked through darkness and emerged with clarity, strength, and deep self-awareness. My journey is one of resilience, self-discovery, and profound healing, a testament to the power of turning inward and choosing to rise, no matter where you begin.
